Ohana Add-On (2024): Designed layout for a small studio that was converted from a garage, including demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry for a residential client. This was used to generate additional rental income for an investment property.

Ohana Remodel (2023-2024): Completed one-bedroom ohana renovation, including new tile flooring, all-new kitchen, interior painting, new doors, new interior window wood trim on all windows, new baseboards, new bath remodel (floor/ shower/tub/ tile).

Residential Remodel (2023-24): Completed three-bedroom with two bath home renovation, all-new kitchen, tile flooring, texturing, drywall, interior and exterior painting, new interior window wood trim on all windows, new baseboards, exterior stair replacement, new bath remodel (floor/shower/tub/tile), Ensured project completion two weeks ahead of schedule. House was sold less than a month later for 1M+.
