Set up and operation of manual machining equipment, includes vertical mills, Lathes(all sizes), surface grinders, gondrills, bending and presses, Heat treating, tig,mig,plasma and Laser welding, Metal finishing, Laser marking, cleaning and passivation, Also set up and operate CNC mills, Lathes, wire EDMs, Fit programs to extend tooling life and increase production, Worked with numerous engineers, programmers, and quality engineers to achieve the results needed, Familiar with all levels of inspection, have built fixtures for short run and production, modified tooling for desired results in tool life, Have made many implants using titanium, colbolt chrome, ultra high plastics and lastly I have made and modified new and existing instruments for time sensitive lab studies
