  • Gained Swiss lathe experience in a medical implants manufacturing facility making Titanium screws, plates, and stainless steel instruments. Operated CNC machines such as Tsugami SS327-III-5AX (5-axis), Tsugami S205-II and 206-II, Citizen L32s, and Citizen L20s. Also gained some experience operating 5-axis Robodrills which have a mechanical robot arm.
  • Made offset settings and dialed in tools to specific dimensions based on nominal specifications of blueprints after changing and touching off tools.
  • Carried out In-Process inspections of parts on job travelers and in MeasurLink software to ensure quality throughout running of machines on current jobs using micrometers, calipers, Starrett digital comparators, microscopes, Keyences, Go/NoGo pins and gages.
