Test production batches and make adjustments, as necessary, to be in compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Review and approve all test data, to determine final disposition.

Test incoming feedstock. Knowledge of FTIR machine, to determine unknown resins.

Review and approve color matches. Determine start up pigment packages. Adjustment of production color issues, and off shift color support. Review and determine ways to cut cost on prior pigment packages.

Review all quality issues, and make final disposition decisions.

Coordinate coverage of lab technicians on all shifts. Train new lab technicians.

Have knowledge of all ISO and ASTM standards for physical testing.

Maintain quality retains and paperwork storage.

Over see and conduct color adjustments of 21 production lines.

Knowledge and use of SAP software.

Monitor and conduct melt flows for production lines. Molded needed parts for technology.

Molded and controlled color of incoming resin samples.

Conducted x-ray verifications for additive concentration.

Same as my above duties with Crosspoint. Over seen the R&D line schedule for new customer products.
