Technical Services participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any job to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. This includes all Fishing Tool Supervisors, Downhole Tool Supervisors, Thru-Tubing Supervisors, Reverse Unit Supervisors, and Pressure Control Supervisors. Technical Services includes DHPS and Air Packages.

• Provide technical support to crew and clients at the well site.
• Train, coach, and mentor trainees.

• Plan and coordinate fishing, milling, thru-tubing, downhole, reverse unit, and/or related work-over operations
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive job documentation.

• Participate in knowledge sharing; provide instruction on proper procedures to perform operations.

• Proficiency with computers, specifically MS Office Suite

• Floor Hand under the direction of the Crew Operator, performs activities and operates hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs to oil or gas wells and related equipment, including activities associated with the rig-up and rig-down of the workover rig, pulling levers or turning handles to extend hydraulic or screw-type jacks to support and level the rig, it's derrick and or other machinery; picking up and/or laying down steel production rods, tubing and casing, disassembling and assembling various types of production equipment, the repair and maintenance of tools; and other tasks necessary to complete the contracted services.

• -Work outdoors - perhaps in some extreme climates
• -Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner, ensure hydrovac truck and all equipment are in good working condition
• -Perform pre and post inspections, as well as routine maintenance
• -Must be able to sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl repetitively
• -Assist fellow crew members wherever required to get the job done may entail manual labor and/or be -outside your ticketed trade
