• Researched and tested design feasibility and operation of equipment, components and systems.
• Applied project management metrics and tools in oversight of engineering and manufacturing projects and program services.
• Conducted hands on repair of complicated robotic systems (AV&R) to resume the flow of production.
• Created first articles for repairs of new parts entering the facility.
• Worked with and supervised heavy repair operations including blending, brazing, welding, x-ray, FPI, and machining of helicopter and fan blade components.

• Assisted in aerodynamic and stress analysis of turbofan components using Ansys fluent. This included analysis of high pressure turbine blades and compressor stages of multi-stage, multi-rotor turbofans.
• Modeled 3D assembly of first stage CF6-80C2B high pressure turbine in Solidworks for stress analysis.

• Inspected, cleaned, and replaced high pressure compressor stators and learned how to properly configure variable stator vein systems.
• Worked with heavy machinery and tools used to transport turbofan modules that weighed up to 2 tons.
