  • Haribo is the leading manufacturer of fruit gummies both internationally and domestically. With its own production facility located in Wisconsin, Haribo of America has become the best-selling gummi brand in North America, with it's most famous product being "Goldbears." Haribo is one of the most widely distributed CPG brands in the US.
  • Lead the implementation of global retail strategies into the US market. Haribo's holding office is located in Germany, with additional headquarters located in Spain, UK, and France. I am the primary source of translation and management between our global retail partners, and our local office.
  • Project oversight includes owned-retail rollout, in-store customer experiences, product development, distributor accounts, and more.
  • Responsible for site selection, store design, replenishment strategy, purchasing, training, development, and more.
  • Current store count is 81 globally.

  • Danforth Pewter handcrafts jewelry, ornaments, and gifts using pewter. Danforth is famously-known for creating heirloom-quality pieces that are designed to be both beautiful and functional, meant to be used and enjoyed for generations. All products are handcrafted in a production workshop located in Vermont.
  • Sales channels include: physical retail locations, wholesale partners, e-commerce, corporate sales, events, and more.
  • Responsible for sales and operations leadership of all channels, with additional responsibilities to improve production efficiencies, including shipping and receiving. Promoted into several leadership roles, parallel with company growth.
  • Broke historic sales growth records year over year in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
  • Store count ranged from 14-20, with additional temporary pop up stores.
  • Led the launch of new retail stores, wholesale strategy, a new customer service team, web operations, long-term business planning, budgets, forecasting, and more.
  • Negotiated contracts with vendors, and leases with landlords.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of a new CRM.
  • Oversaw the recruitment, onboarding, development, and training of team members, while collaborating on a full employee operating manual.

  • Promoted multiple times, while leading all US outlet stores, the Flagship Campus, and inbound sales team. The Flagship Campus included a Rod Factory, and a Fishing School.
  • Achieved company sales record in 2017 in Sales and EBIT.
  • Average yearly store count was 18.
  • Full P&L, forecast, and budget responsibility.
  • Developed and implemented a new training program for managers to use with their employees.
  • Implemented strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and operational efficiency across all locations, including a full KPI tracking system to improve conversion, transaction values, units per transaction, and more.
