While in the management position i would lead a group of 4-5 techs ensuring we provide safe and efficient work on the customers vehicles. I made sure everyone stayed busy and on task and also verified everything that needed to be completed was done so. Individually, i would communicate the work being done on the vehicles to the customer while also taking care of any questions or concerns they may have about the service. while in the sales position i would greet customers as they walk in the door and start taking care of their needs, i would have long detailed conversations about their driving and personal habits in order to make the best recommendations based off their true need whether its free labor or new tires.
