As an educator, I have many skillsets that align with corporate positions. In Business Development, I build and maintain rapport with stakeholders, align goals for better outcomes, and use a CRM for keeping and utilizing data. In Learning and Development, I strategically plan training for individuals and execute that training using many varieties of presentation software. I plan for the entire year and turn those plans into daily and weekly training. I use data-driven decision making, results-based process improvement, reflection and refinement, and analyzation of performance metrics. In Data Analysis, I use the story behind the data to find the keys to actionable insights. I find data driven trends, correlations, outliers, and anomalies to unlock recommendations for change.
