Matthew Pope

-Assist in all aspects of pastoral ministry such as preaching, counseling, home/hospital visitation, budgeting, and long-range planning

-Officiating and direct weddings and funerals

- Design, organize, and lead worship music for all services as well as oversee the discipleship programs of our church

- Organize and implement ministries to youth in grades 6-12 including on/off campus Bible studies, fellowships, mission trips, recreational activities as well as form and maintain a worship band

-Lead and create opportunities for the church in local, national, and international missions

- 250-300 Members

• Oversee Church in administration, finance, ministry, and planning
• Preach and teach multiple times weekly in both formal and informal settings
• Home/hospital visitation and counseling
• Officiating weddings and directing funerals
• (100-150 Members)

• Lead local middle school First Priority and Adult Team

• Design, organize, and lead Worship Music for all services
• Create and cultivate volunteer groups (adult, student, and children’s choir, praise band, and special music soloists) to enhance the church worship experience with the use of a blended worship service
• (75-100 Members)

• Lead Worship Band practices on weekly basis
• Direct adult and youth choir rehearsals and worship services in absence of music minister
• (300-400 Members)
