• NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENT: Expanded my teaching experience to 5th Grade specializing in Math Standards through the use of EngageNY and supplemental supports to differentiate and scaffold instruction. Ultimately, results following SY2023-2024 led to school being rated a Performance School (GREEN).

• NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENT: Began my professional teaching career while also going to Colorado Christian University (CCU) to complete my Alternative Teacher Licensure Preparation Program. Successfully completed weekly Field Coach Observations and course requirements with a 3.98 GPA and Distinguished Honors.

• NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENT: Began the transition into the educational field by starting off assisting 6th Grade Team with Small Group Instruction and Student Supports.

Successfully led store teams towards weekly and monthly Sales and KPI Matrixes resulting in consistent Top Sales Performances. Led anywhere from 10-650 Direct Reports and upwards of 5000 Indirect. Elevated my influence from Sales Lead to Regional Vice President overseeing $650M Sales Portfolio and 22 States.
