I began my management career with a pipeline supply company in Lakeland, Florida. I headed sales, kept a constant inventory flow and managed drivers and warehouse personal.
From there I started doing Frac Flowback for PPS. I had a spotless record with this company with no incidents. I know how to operate & train employees using 2 and 3 phase separators, plug catchers, sand traps, hydraulics and manifolds. I can set, change or rebuild any part on any of these pieces of equipment.
I have worked extensively with Artificial Lift Systems, primarily Jet Pump Systems. I have also worked numerous gas lift wells and have been trained to work on and repair natural gas compressors. I have been trained to operate and repair both the surface pumps and down-hole pumps and equipment. I have a broad understanding of down-hole tools and reservoir simulation programs. I am skilled in rigging up multiple well pads. I have worked on 2, 3 & 4 phase test separators, and have had extensive training with production equipment. I know how to set and operate Smiths and Cameron heater treaters, in-line glycol heaters, de-high units, vapor recovery units, dual diaphragm pumps, centrifugal pumps and both horizontal & vertical separators. I have done work in many different types of shale and chalk formations under many different types of work conditions. I have run dozens of well test jobs in the supervisory position during the time that I have done this type of work. I have a zero incident work history. I have flowed wells in several states including Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, California, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and New York. I have worked in both Natural Gas Fields and Oil Fields. I have extensive experience with % & H2S and understand the dangers and safety procedures that must be followed.
I have been in management positions since 2009 and am a firm believer that to be at the top you must start at the bottom and learn the inner workings of how any specific industry works. Since being promoted to part of the Accelerated Management team, I have broadened my outlook on how operations work especially on a corporate level. I was part of a small group who started the Accelerated Production Services Flowback and Well Test Division in August of 2010. I was the first employee hired for this division. I was recruited from Pacific Process System and brought in to Accelerated to build and develop a new division with a different product line than what Accelerated Production previously had to offer.
