Oversee and manage a multi-million dollar, multisite pediatric group with managing direct reports from the clinical director (RN, LPN, MA) business administrative manager (payroll, benefits, HR, marketing, AR, AP) billing department (RCM), operational manager (software programs, facilities, technology, short and long term growth plans) front desk manager (check-in, check-out, medical Records, call center), lead managers and medical providers (MD, APRN, PA, lactation consultants, nutritionist).
Oversee all financial transactions, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow for a multi-million dollar pediatric medical group including board-certified pediatricians, APRNs, PAs, lactation consultants, and nutritionists across four office locations, including the business headquarters.
Managed and organized pediatric acquisitions. CPM acquired Childcare Associates in 2024.
EMR migration, staffing update, provider enrollments, credentialing, IT cutover, and marketing and branding. Within four months, the newly acquired office providers doubled their monthly collections. This achievement was part of the 'improvement program,' which made up several components aimed at enhancing the financial performance of the new locations.
Approve and review CPM's annual corporate budget. Continue to explore methods to increase revenue through added providers, locations, and testing. Ensure expenses are managed and consistently seek ways to reduce costs.
Implemented and reviewed all financial reports for the provider, including collections, appointment types, CPT codes, insurance reimbursements, office testing program costs (flu, RSV, strep, Covid-19), patient demographics (growth model), cash flow, payroll, and monthly billing closings.
Vendor pricing is negotiated regularly, both quarterly and annually, to improve profitability. The annual revenue for 2024 experienced a 38% increase compared to 2023. Additionally, since 2015, there has been a cumulative increase of 125%.
For the 2025 IT budget, the annual budget was reduced by 40%, while all services were supported, and added products were included to improve office efficiency. During the first 6 months of employment, revenue increased by 11%, while expenses decreased by 8%.
Facilitated lease agreement negotiations for all four office locations. Successfully renewed all lease agreements with minimal increases. Additionally, ensured availability of capital funds for ongoing remodeling and updates of our office spaces.
Achieved $30,000 in expense savings in one quarter. In 2024, I achieved a net income increase of 182%. This is based on the average of the previous 10 years net income v 2024.
Developed and executed a strategic cash flow plan that successfully paid off the business line of credit exceeding $250,000 + within a year.
New contracts negotiated with the medical waste management company, leading to estimated yearly savings of about 142% decrease.
