My name is Matthew Reyes. I've only worked for 2 jobs but did a lot for the first and a half couple of years. I'm trying my best to work as a team and help others in the position I'm in. I love to help people even if it's a busy day I'm always trying to make sure everything will be okay and fine, My time at Food 4 Less was short but I learned a lot. In 5 months or 6, I did 4 positions. I've learned a lot of techniques in those positions but they made me work harder to move up and my managers noticed how quick of a learner I am. They know I work as a team, follow instructions, everything is detailed, help other customers and co-workers, well mannered, and work hard. I respect my managers for helping me try these positions. FedEx Ground is my next job. I started as a package handler which took me a while to become good but a manager believed it was Firman and Danny. These two managers believed in me and thought I'd be up there. In addition, it worked and now I'm there for a year and still going strong. I've gotten through safety, teamwork, team lift,

communication, using load stand, filling gaps, making walls, tagging, NC load, pick-off, NC loading, making walls of NC, efficiency, and all around helping others I can help. I'm a very organized and dependable candidate to try out new positions at be trained with a positive attitude. Willingness to take responsibility to be useful with our goals in the position I wanna apply for.
