Camp Counselor

  • As a camp counselor, I was entrusted by the parents of second and third grade students to take care of them and watch over them for summer camp.
  • I was responsible for the safety of the campers as well as providing them with a memorable and fulfilling experience.
  • Throughout my years as a counselor, I developed leadership skills from not only working with a group of campers, but also working alongside co-counselors making sure there is a unified vision to resolve any potential conflicts.

  • Hosted the weekly, “Interns on the Air” show
  • As the host and leader of the show, I was responsible for working alongside my peers on the show as well as the production team to ensure a successful radio broadcast.
  • I was also responsible for coming up with new ideas, introducing new conversations on the show, and interacting with callers.
  • When I wasn't hosting the show I was working in the production room working with various radio hosts and ensuring a smooth radio broadcast.
