After earning my forklift operator certification, I made it a goal to consistently exceed expectations. On just my third day, I surpassed the standard rate of 70 units per hour (UPH) by achieving 79 UPH. By the end of my first week, on day five, I hit 97 UPH and completed a total of 310 units let down. I also set a personal record for the highest fill rate and most fills in a single day, with 63 UPH and 332 total fills. I’m committed to maintaining this level of dedication and continually pushing myself to achieve even more.
