I am the person that is responsible that all safety rules and regulations have been followed to the top level to prevent lawsuits and other legal action that can reflect poorly on the corporation as a whole. I am also the one that is in charge and making sure that everyone is safe, and if the unthinkable happens that someone will still be safe.

I am the lead director of Schoolhouse Theater arts Jr travel group and have the responsibility of dividing tasks among all the other staff members and coming up with all original choreography and blocking for shows, and am also responsible for making sure that all kids are trained appropriately for their roles.

Am responsible for making sure that all kids have a fully developed set of skills, and can perform under pressure. I am also responsible for making sure that we have a strategic lineup for all the swimmers that will lead us to victory in the swim meet.

I am the person who is on the field making sure that a fair game is played among all of the children. I am also the one that is responsible for making sure that there is appropriate sportsmanship demonstrated from not only the kids playing but all of the spectators that are watching the game, which has proven to be a not simple task.
