*Remove old or worn out catalytic converters ,using power tools and or cutting torch

*Replace catalytic converter with correct O E or aftermarket catalytic converter that meets California emissions regulations and laws

*Weld/fabricate (alter) to fit where necessary ,proceed to install the catalytic converter using the mig /inner shield wire feeding process in all positions including over head position

*braze welding with torch where necessary,

Then proceed to check for exhaust leaks
