Monitors inventory levels closely, proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock situations.
Supports continuous improvement within the RDC by participating in and suggesting new processes.

• Collaborates with staff to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline procedures and improve bottom-line profitability
• Analyzes daily inventory data and makes necessary adjustments.
• Reviews and monitors inbound inventory, outbound shipments and book adjustment transactions.
• Assists in overall day-to-day operations of store, including continuous development of effective store associates to achieve desired sales and results
• Identify gaps in inventory and make quick decisions on replenishment using purchase decision logic.
• Fields customer complaints, resolved disputes and answered questions to promote store engagement and effectiveness
• Maintains retail store presentation by overseeing merchandise replenishment, customer courtesy and inquiry response.
