-Operating the front desk and phones (E.g. booking appointments, adjusting scheduling, checking customers in/out, invoicing, verifying the dogs eligibility to be groomed, answering any questions or concerns)
-Continuously update skills and knowledge in grooming techniques, breed standards, and pet care practices
-Doing daily and weekly cleaning/maintenance to maintain a clean and safe working environment
