This includes gaining knowledge on company needs, past experiences working with freight brokers, and levels of concern they have regarding transportation fulfillment whether it be price, service, communication, or key performance indicators. Most importantly, assessing what would be the most important outcome working with our firm. I do this by proactively following up with phone calls, emails, and addressing immediate issues that arise. By listening to my client's needs, I learn how I can most effectively help them with their goals. During this process I am highly effective at maximizing repeat business opportunities with our clients. The processes I utilize produce successful client engagement which leads to loyalty and profit for our company.
