Inside sales and account management with an industry recognized, fast paced, growing firm that acts as a broker between clients who need full truckload shipment services and independent trucking companies who provide those services.

I am dedicated to excellent client service by building meaningful relationships. This includes gaining knowledge on company needs, past experiences working with freight brokers, and levels of concern they have regarding transportation fulfillment whether it be price, service, communication, or key performance indicators. Most importantly, assessing what would be the most important outcome working with our firm. I do this by proactively following up with phone calls, emails, and addressing immediate issues that arise.   • Solicited potential clients through extensive outbound calling to qualify client needs for service. I use various technologies in this process including: Slack, proprietary CRM, and TMS systems.
  • Exceeded monthly sales metrics 80 percent of my tenure. Metrics consist of: spread, commission, shipment goals, and number of monitored calls and talk time.
  • Developed and analyzed qualitative/quantitative service data to measure positive KPI impact for clients.
  • Data driven, which includes input of bills of lading, purchase orders, line-haul fuel calculation, and on time delivery percentages.
  • Submitted competitive pricing and scheduled inbound and outbound pickups/deliveries.
  • Held quarterly client meetings to discuss KPI's to expand and monitor service quality.
