I clean the school and make sure everything is running currently. I help keep trash picked up around the property. I fix small stuff if possible, like chairs, light switches, doors, etc. I also help with anything that staff needs. Help move stuff, pull heavy boxes down, build furniture. I also keep an eye on temperature in the building. I don't snow removal during the winter.

I work many position like: Kitchen Supervisor,Pizza cook, Line cook, Dishwasher, and Expo. Things i

do there is Cook the food, make pizza, prep food, check food temperature, Inventory, food counts,

Produce order, wash dishes, run food, make sure the food is being made right, getting the food out

on time, training new comers. As a supervisor I have to run shift with 10-15 workers, make sure the

safe is balanced, make sure the guest are having a great experience, making sure cooks are prepping

everything, helping out the team, making plans for the day, also have to make roaster everyday, write

notes to communicate with the other manager, and responding to email. At night I have to make sure

the credit cards amount and correct and send them in, deposit money, and make sure everything is

clean and shut down correctly.

As a line cook I did make the food, did temperature log, and prep the food. As a food runner I had to

take care of the dinning room like Stock stuff, take dishes to the dish area, clean the carpet, clean the

bath rooms, make sure the food was going out, clean tables, making sure the guests were staying

happy, and take trash out. As a trainer, I trained new comer how to be a line cook and run the dinning

room Lastly as a Dishwasher I pretty much wash dishes and put them away.

I would plant/grow vegetables, wash them, pack, and sell. Had to drive a tractor also.
