During this time period , the main project I worked on was gutting and completely rewiring a custom 6 bedroom house in Greenwood Village , an established high end neighborhood in the metropolitan Denver area. As the sole employee , I was required to perform every aspect of electrical work involved from beginning rough to final electrical , including coordinating layout and installation with other trades , meeting scheduling requirements as well as any necessary on-the-fly changes. Other projects included kitchen /bathroom / basement remodels ,commercial office demolition /safe- off , various residential service calls with requirements typical of that aspect of work.

Multiple smaller projects including basement finish and remodels , residential service changes and sub panels , variety of service work including ( not limited to ) remodel can lights , ceiling fans , remodel exhaust fans , conduit and wiring for different applications , underground trenching and wire installation for greenhouse timer contractor/ lighting and exhaust equipment. Typical service work such as replacing / adding switching for new lighting circuits , lighting fixtures , GFCI, troubleshooting / identifying problems and creating solutions for various homeowners.

Was contacted Central Electric , a company I have done several jobs with , to help out temporarily on two projects with accelerated schedules at the ski resort Winter Park , Colorado. Duties included coordinating layout and installation with the general contractor and other trades. Ski rental shop was gutted and completely remodeled , brand new taphouse at the mountain base , Varying schedule ,night work / adverse weather conditions,to perform work that we were unable to complete during regular business hours ( panel upgrades , transformer replacement, overhead work in occupied spaces , installing lighting control panels , etc.)

Contracted to work for Central Electric to work at the Northern Water facility near Granby , Colorado. A ground up project , duties included wiring systems for the I.T. rooms , multiple electrical panel installations / terminations , lighting circuits and controls , various conduit branch runs, mechanical room equipment hook- ups . Primary focus on layout , installation , termination , and commissioning of the pump house , an outbuilding with main backup generators and fire suppression pumps for the entire campus.

Contracted to temporarily work for Central Electric at the Steamboat Springs High School addition . Duties included layout / installation and termination of lighting / power and mechanical electrical systems , including night work for panel shut downs , rough in provisions for future equipment in the shop area , roof top work in blizzard conditions up to -30 Fahrenheit in order to meet scheduling requirements.

Middle Park Health - Kremmling , CO. Contracted through The Premier Group to work for Central Electric on the Healthcare addition . Layout , installation . termination of various electrical systems including Emergency ( life safety and critical branch ) , equipment ( medical , mechanical, etc ), ATS generator set , lighting , distribution ,

Meow Wolf - high profile project in downtown Denver. 5 story immersive art museum , duties included installing / terminating numerous lighting control panels for displays , egress lighting , Fire suppression control room power provisions , elevators , auditorium, electrical distribution rooms .
