Im currently working as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, and have been in this field for over 5 years.

Before that i was a carpenter for 5 years. Im proficient in using project management software like, Procore, and MicroSoft Outlook. My daily routines consist of scheduling trades, completing daily logs, making sure any issues in field are resolved. Creating RFI's if needed, and making sure change orders are communicated in field. Also creating two week outlooks to give the tenants a better understanding of what to expect to be done in the near future, and making sure the project meets deadlines.
