
During my Olive Garden journey I have dedicated the last few years in developing the experience and knowledge necessary for management. Throughout my time as a service professional I have trained many servers and team members, demonstrated a deep knowledge of service and restaurant operations, and polished my leadership and communication skills through the mentorship of my general manager. I have grown a love and passion for Olive Garden and Darden as a whole throughout my time as a team member. It has been a long term goal of mine to work up through the company, and I have reached to the point where I am through nothing short of hard work, dedication, and personal growth. I am proud to be where I am, this industry has fueled my life and purpose for the last few years, and I eagerly look forward to the many more years to come.
- Assist managers whenever possible.
