Summary

I started working as an installer with Workpointe sixteen years ago. I quickly rose up the ranks by showing determination and initiative. After nine years of being a foreman I ascended to a project management position within my department. I showed devotion to the company and a willingness to go above and beyond my assigned tasks. I surpassed my colleagues by showing a willingness to take on more responsibility. I was then promoted to an assistant manager position within the department. I now play a dual role as both project manager and assistant director of services.
