I take care of emergency orders for my assigned technicians. I Unload pallets of stock to their assigned bin(s). I assist customers with parts needs via E-mail, text message, expert connect and phone calls. I am in charge of monthly stock return to John Deere. I assist Technicians with parts look up, IE serial brakes, engine model, and I handle the special orders with parts and or Tools my techs may need to complete their assignment. I handle yearly inventory reports on locations/out of stock/discontinued, technical information and inventory decrease. I am JDU parts specialist with specializations in planter, combine, and lawn and garden. We will have sprayer training complete by end og August. I assist with our companies off market supplier (Sloan express) for all customer needs for the within the country/Canada. I closely work with agricultural after market suppliers such as A & I, rotary, bush hog, unverfauth, Gravely etc.
