Achievement 1: Sergeant Toeller covered over 1,280 miles during his in-transit security mission as the
NCOIC. His drive team safeguarded two connexes' worth of equipment on commercial line-haul. Before
his departure, he reconned a preplanned route with all safety factors considered, prepared a mission
brief for the battalion command team, and took initiative when encountering mission issues. His
thorough back-planned preparation guaranteed 100% successful deliveries of all escorted cargo.
Achievement 2: Sergeant Toeller's attention to detail was paramount to the success of the Provost Marshal's Office operations. He was responsible for daily training, assignment of areas of responsibility,
and dispatching patrols to incidents, ensuring the accuracy and completion of ALERTS entries for at
least one Patrol Supervisor and one Patrol Officer per day. Furthermore, he ensured compliance of his
patrols with law enforcement regulations and SOP.

Achievement 3: As a primary Key Custodian, Sergeant Toeller was responsible for the issuing and turn-
in of keys to doors and locks securing multiple areas where valuable and sensitive equipment was

stored, including buildings, vehicles, as well as arms, mail, and evidence lockers. His meticulous care
and understanding of his responsibilities in this additional duty resulted in zero unauthorized entries and
no loss of equipment.
Achievement 4: Sergeant Toeller was responsible for the facilitation of 30 Random anti-terrorism

responsible for approximately 150 security checks monthly of mission essential vulnerable areas that
