Achievements:

• Strengthened organizational cybersecurity posture as measured by zero major data breaches within reporting periods by maintaining strict information security policies and access controls such as MFA, FIFO Key, Dkim and Dmarc protection protocols.
• Added multi factor authentication to our organization. Multi factor authentication secured log in data in turn would protect possible loss of revenue. Multi factor authentication was performed using O365 tooling.
• Moved on prem server to fully cloud sever. The full cloud server created 99.9% up time and the method used to achieve this was SharePoint to hold all data.
• Cloud data is in a constant backup cycle. Emails, SharePoint, and Metadata have a 99.9% back up rate. This backup rate was achieved with an integration tool called Veeam
• Accomplished improved IT reporting accuracy as measured by a 100% completion rate of monthly hardware/software status reports by compiling and analyzing incident logs to track performance and failures.
• Enhanced end-user efficiency by reducing hardware/software support requests by 50% through proactive setup support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and updating user training materials.
• Improved help desk resolution rates with a 20% increase in first-call resolution by delivering technical guidance and escalation support to help desk personnel.
• Established comprehensive visibility into IT assets, reducing lost or untracked devices by 50% through implementation of an asset tracking process and accurate inventory maintenance.
