  • On Call 24/7 365 days per year.
  • Responsible for and performing all maintenance on 176 acres (about twice the area of a large shopping mall) of property with 5 buildings.
  • This includes the overhaul, maintenance, and operation of all pumps, valves, liquid condensate flow meters, air compressors, air driers, large centrifugal blowers, flare burning stacks, earth moving equipment, dump trucks, loaders, tractors, skid steers, pneumatic pumps, various size plumbing lines, pneumatic lines, electrical lines, HVAC equipment, minimal PLC programming, fusion welding plastic pipe as well as tig/mig welding metal pipes ranging in size from ½" to 12”, brazing, soldering and welding of various types of metals and much more.
  • Operated excavators and other construction equipment to properly grade land.
  • Operated front end loader to move dirt and different base materials.
