Operations Superintendent for the Vandergrift Facility with primary responsibility for the annealing, slitting, and packing/shipping asset groups. As superintendent, I have responsibility for the annealing and pickling processes, coil slitting, shipping/receiving, scrap, and the auxiliary plant equipment (i.e. boilers, air compressors, etc.). My responsibilities include creating a safety-first culture, leading the salary and union workforces in these areas, and ensuring the on-time production of a quality product at the lowest possible cost.

*Lead targeted safety teams to drive overall plant culture and improvement maintaining a year over year recordable injury rate.

Continuous Improvement Engineer for ATI SRP based out of Brackenridge, PA responsible for driving continuous improvement principles including process standardization, problem solving, and other lean manufacturing principles.

*Worked as a key member on a long-term flow velocity and inventory reduction team that significantly reduced the overall lead time for multiple major product flow paths.

*Acted as a member of the HRPF commissioning team.

Area supervisor in Annealing and Pickling department reporting to the operations superintendent. *Acted as a Louisville plant safety leader through active participation in plant Joint Health and Safety team and by leading monthly safety training classes.

*Coordinated and managed multiple successful extended maintenance outages involving union employees, contracted workforce, and outside engineering support.

*Served as team leader on a focused quality improvement team that posted a 51% improvement in the cost of poor production quality due to staining and surface imperfections created through the anneal and pickle process
