Matthew Vogel

Being a Police Officer has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. While working for the Charleston City Police Department, I have had numerous opportunities to help those within the community while making a more enjoyable experience for visitors in the greater downtown area of Charleston.

Now that I have had an opportunity to work within the field of law enforcement, I have begun to prioritize my long term goals. The city of Greenville accomplishes those goals set by bringing me closer to my family and making myself a member of a community that I see myself raising a family of my own.

Since my time at Clemson University, I have grown very fond of the Upstate. Becoming a Police Officer with your department will not only accomplish my long term goals, but allow me to grow professionally as an Officer so I can be better prepared to take on future tasks and responsibilities.
