• Oversee building maintenance and repairs in compliance with applicable building, health, safety, fire and environmental codes and regulations for 4 Health Clubs.
• Create maintenance schedules and contract regular inspections of the building and building systems including but not limited to HVAC, sprinkler, boiler and plumbing systems, pool maintenance and fire and security alarm systems
• Planned and scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance, major repairs, on over 600 pieces of gym equipment.

• Completed daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Performed reactive maintenance which included but not limited to interior and exterior building work, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and handy man work on 20+ buildings on campus.
• Performed scheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and worked with building managers to assess ongoing needs and plan preventive maintenance schedules.

• Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.
• Fostered relationships with vendors to foster positive working relationships.

During my enlistment I gained invaluable leadership, communication, and management skills along with basic knowledge and technical skills as an electrician.
- 2 overseas deployments for construction, contingency operations, civic actions and humanitarian assistance in which I installed basic electrical systems, and managed day to day operations of 2-4 person crew.
-Experience in preventative maintenance scheduling, ,material requisition, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Electrical liaison and quality assurance representative between 3 branches of the US military and 2 foreign militaries ensuring minimal loss of time and complete transparency on projects.
