Adventure Guide

  • Working with a small team of eight guides and two managers, we developed Crystal Mountains' new Summer Adventure program.
  • Guides conduct tours of ~twenty guests for roughly three hours, taking them through the paperwork, introductions, safety briefing, gearing up, ground school and finally a tour through our aerial ropes course.
  • Guides are responsible for guest safety throughout the tour, training in coaching clients through their fears, reassuring them in times of stress, and as a last resort- conducting mid line rescues to ensure guest safety at all times
