Cost Estimating:
Bid on projects by reviewing drawings and specifications detailing the project.
Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors by sending projects to them and reviewing their scope of work for each project.
Ensure all areas of work within a project are accounted for and determine required manpower and adequate profit/overhead needed for project.
Project Managing:
Oversee completion of a project from start to finish.
Coordination scheduling of manpower from own forces and subcontractors as well as deliveries from suppliers.
Submit, discuss & keep logs of all project submittals, change orders, RFI, substitutions, etc.
