Awarded for the development of a new AT&T Expert Academy training center.  Which included working with management as well as fellow instructors to design curriculum and build a laboratory for a hands on learning experience.  Also collaborated with various third party company representatives on the use and application of products.

Once the academy was built, worked as team lead and instructor.  Duties included cultivation of new courses, and instructing numerous technicians with classroom and hands on skills.
