Border Patrol Tactical (BORTAC) Operator tasked with serving high risk warrants, conducting both fixed and mobile surveillance, personal security and Quick Reaction Force (QRF) response, hostage rescue, tracking and interdiction of individuals attempting to enter the United States illegally.

• Acting Team Leader within Special Operations Group (SOG) BORTAC.
• Assisted with the United States Border Patrol's first ever hostage rescue mission in El Paso, TX (December 2024).
• Participated in the manhunt and apprehension of Danelo Cavalcante (September 2023).
• Participated in the manhunt and apprehension of Michael Burnham (July 2023).
• Successfully completed both the Global Assets Integrated and BORTAC Explosive breaching courses.
• Successfully completed the SOG BORTAC Freefall Course.
• Certified in the use of UTVs, ATVs, and dirt bikes/motorcycles for the purposes of fulfilling the BORTAC mission.
• Certified CBP Firearms Instructor.
• Assisted with the planning and execution of numerous high risk warrant services throughout the United States.
• Experience training alongside Tier One US Army Special Missions Unit (SMU).
• Successfully completed Tucson Police Department SWAT School.

Tasked with maintaining security and integrity of the United States Southern Border within the Ajo, AZ area of responsibility.

• Responsible for maintaining accountability and integrity of station level assets and equipment.
• Tasked with tracking and apprehending individuals who entered the United States illegally, often times alone or in austere environments.

Airborne Infantry Squad leader in the 82nd Airborne Division, both assault and weapons squad, tasked with leading up to eight soldiers in order to accomplish the Commander's Intent.

• Deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti.
• Trained over 800 soldiers in the use, maintenance, and implementation of the M240 series machine gun for Battalion Expert Infantry Badge testing.
• Aided in the design of the Battalion's SOP for weapons squads through participation in the Machine Gun Leader's Course.
• Maintained accountability and order of over $3,500,000 in equipment while deployed overseas.
• Earned the Expert Infantry Badge in the 82nd Airborne Division with 100% success rate across all tasks.
