Matthew B. Golding, Esq.

San Diego,CA

Summary

During a career spanning three decades, I have worked on diverse types of cases, ranging from personal injury and family law to business disputes, collection matters, and criminal cases. While doing so, I realized the importance of maintaining open and honest communication with clients.

I have a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation, including case analysis, document review, investigations, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, arguing motions, deposing parties and witnesses, negotiating settlements, court appearances, trial preparation, and trial.

In criminal cases, I handled matters from the point of being retained or appointed through sentencing. This included investigating facts, negotiating with prosecutors, and participating in preliminary hearings, court appearances, pre-trial motions, jury selection, trial, and sentencing.

I have also worked as a Senior Associate and Compliance Officer for a high-volume, multi-state collections law firm, where I created and instructed compliance training programs and managed multimillion-dollar portfolios.

I am licensed to practice law in California and am admitted to the United States Supreme Court and all United States District Courts in California.
