I have been in a retail environment since the age of 16. I started my Auto Sale career in 1994 at the age of 18. My first management positions was earned in 1996, and taken off from there. I have a proven track record or turning round and maintaining several dealerships for Fowler, Auto Nation, Larry Miller and Camping World. I enjoy being a student, teacher, and leader to everyone on the team. Turning around and running successful dealerships has let me become the best operator in the market. This is due to the communication skills and development of next level managers to maintain and monitor progress. Team building is something im very strong at. I understand the balance and synergy in personalities to put together teams that win. This has allowed me to find a way to not only maximize results for the dealer, but to get the very best out of every employee and maintain record breaking employee retention. As a competitive athlete from a young age, winning and the pushing my team is in my blood. I also take a lot of pride in giving back. Developing local and national partnership with Make A Wish and Children's Hospital have changed my life. I will continue this work for the rest of my life. Im looking forward to this next and last chapter. Im looking to make an impact on a company that will help my continue my growth, but also let me help others to shine.

Music & Soccer

I started playing drums, percussion, and piano at the age of 6.  I primarily played and studied Drums and percussion all through school. I have played in concert band, concert orchestra,  jazz ensemble, and many other applications of these talents. I love music and i use it as a outlet for stress and success.  


My other love is competitive soccer. I also started this at the age of 6.  I played my heart out until at the age of 10. I tried out for a competitive team (older than me) and made it.  I maintain that high level of practice, discipline, and push my whole life.  Through my teenage years i played on travel teams that went to tournaments all across the country. I have local, city, state, high school, and National title with my teams in soccer.  After a brief stop in a local collage,  I left to try out for professional soccer in Denver and sell cars at the age of 18. After injuries, i was just much better at selling and being in retail. The competitive nature of sports has lead me to a fibulas career in dealerships, and let me provide a life for my wife and three sons i never had. The music side of me helps me decompress.
