While my work experience seems to lack consistency at first glance, don't let it misconstrue what I can offer as a member of your workforce. I feel it speaks to just how universal my strengths are. Efficiency, comprehension, leadership, and an old-fashioned work ethic are just a few strengths that have allowed me to thrive in various jobs and work settings.
Also to be considered are my communication skills with an emphasis on pleasantry and professionalism. I believe these to be as vital as my work ethic. I learned early in my experiences that projecting a warm and cheerful tone towards customers is half the battle. This also rings true for daily interactions with coworkers and carries just as much value. Frequently you'll find people's fondest work experiences were paired with coworkers that were indeed a pleasure to be around. To quote great American industrialist Andrew Carnegie, "There is little success, where there is little laughter."
Lastly, you're getting someone whose analytical mind values efficiency and has no qualms with problem-solving, troubleshooting and innovating when it is needed. For example, I was often tasked with getting outdated warehouses and inventory in functional order during my days at Sikorsky Aircraft. I used my logic, intuition, and overall "know-how" to create better processes and streamline the operations and functions at hand. This lead to faster turnaround times, highly accurate inventories, higher satisfaction to the manufacturing we supported, and overall better work habits as a whole.
In closing, despite these skills and positive characteristics I will bring with me to the job, know you're getting an appreciative employee—one who is straightforward and emphasizes loyalty.
