I started my own contracting business:

Handy man jobs, labor work, landscaping and small/medium contracting/construction jobs.
Serving Moscow, ID and the surrounding Palouse Area.

I do freelance content creation for individuals and companies. I've worked with a construction company, running their social media, ads and marketing, and I've partnered on some marketing projects with restaurants and coffee shops. I've met with successful producer Darren Doane and I get a lot of my inspiration and strategies from him.

Worked as a laborer and framer at a local construction company for a season, then launched my own contracting and handyman business.

Responsibilities:
Lease out apartments.
Answer phone calls and texts from tenants.
Cultivate good relationships with tenants.
Respond to maintenance requests.
Collect rent and deposit it.
Post notices and relay communication from landlords to tenants.

Used specialized software programs such as Cubase Pro, Final Cut Pro and Premier Pro for creating original content or manipulating existing video courses to implement english to french script translations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the company's administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
Assist workers in the field by participating to labor when needed.
Coordinate and work with subcontractors on the job site.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Effectively use the Buildertrend CRM tool to manage schedules, bills, estimates and customer relationships.
Work on systematizing the company.
Make supply runs for workers on job sites.
Regularly seek to save senior management time and seek to pick up new skills to enable them to delegate more tasks to me.

Worked as a lead barista at this coffee shop to help my friend start the business. I was working 3 jobs at the time so after a few months and a successful launch, I quit this job to focus on my other 2 jobs.

I worked as a server at Tapped for a season before leaving to pursue full time construction.
