Golfing, Swimming, CrossFit

In my spare time I enjoy Golfing with friends and swimming with my two daughters, 5 and 9. But you'll mostly find me in the CrossFit gym training 5-6 days a week with my wife. The girls are taking an interest as well as we set the example for them to care about physical fitness.
