Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and other communication channels as it relates to Klein Tools business.
investigate, research, and enter claims for shipping discrepancies. Also investigate, research and process any customer deductions (chargebacks) within thirty days of receipt. This includes accessing customer AP portals for documents to support or deny deductions. Dispute any deductions within 60 or 90 days, depending on the customer.
Process Return Goods Authorizations and Warranty Authorizations as received.
Keep well informed of updates and new processes.
Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner and ensured satisfactory outcomes.
Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing prompt responses to their queries.
Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients to build rapport and increase loyalty.
Maximize customer satisfaction by handling customer email and telephone interactions.
Field customer complaints and queries, fast-tracking for problem resolution.

Provide team assistance when needed.
