The Town Clerk and Tax Collector is elected to serve its citizens for a 3-year term. The position requires knowledge of town government procedures, including (but not limited to), State and Federal election laws, budget preparation and expenditure review, records management, tax regulations, and privacy requirements. Develop business cases to implement processes, which will improve overall functioning of the office and its ability to serve its constituents. The Office of the Town Clerk and Tax Collector (TC/TX) maintains a fiduciary responsibility to its constituents having to collect more than 90% of the Town of Dublin’s annual revenue.
