Redesigned and implemented the Institute of Translational Equitable Medicine focused on the science behind health disparities and translating new data and information to improve patient outcomes globally
Developed, implemented and lead a partnership and collaboration program that is considered the gold standard in the pharmaceutical industry
Established an Outcomes & Analytic function of the GMG program that leverages structured and unstructured data captured through our grants and collaboration programs to inform future strategies and investments
Transformed traditional medical education grants program, whose measure of success was based more on how many HCPs were reached with education than how patient care was improved, into a program that leverages the science of learning and change to focus efforts on closing gaps in care through education, performance improvement and quality improvement initiatives
After several years of successful implementation of the learning & change model in the US, as well as key pilots in Europe and Asia, received support and approval from senior business leaders to expand the IGLC scope across the world
In 2015, negotiated a finance scheme that increases Pfizer Learning & Change investment from $40 Million to $80 Million over 3 years (matching funds model)
In 2016, assumed responsibility for Pfizer’s entire global independent grants program, including clinical research and research collaborations
