Instrumentation Fitter
RUS Industrial
08.2024 - 07.2025
Working as instrumentation fitter
Where we install instruments (gauges) and run stainless tubing from the main sources of the pipes to the instruments to read the pressure running through the pipes.
Figuring and creating a route by fabricating and installing supports and tube tray.
Which we have to get different measurements and bend the tubing with manual/electric benders.
So it can follow the route we created and connect from the tab of to pipes to the instruments.
Using different size of tubing from 1/4in to 3/4in depending on the system or size of the tabs coming out of the pipes.

02.2022 - 08.2024
Continuing my career at GE Aerospace I came back as a processor and move my way back up on a higher role as Process Inspector.

After that we send the parts for cleaning continuing the process and then come back for a detail part inspection.
Which we do a visual and dimensional inspection of each part to see what repairs are needed to apply as customer request and that are acceptable with our engine manual.
Next on in-process inspection we verified that all repairs marked for where applied, and accept parts to continue to process for coating.
