My objective is to use my knowledge of customer service, teamwork, and efficiency to gain an entry level position within the company. To seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

At Ollin high school my leadership included being captain of the soccer team during my sophomore and senior years and current captain of the Omoto FC soccer team.

In my job, effective communication is crucial for maintaining productivity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a positive work environment. I always strive to communicate clearly and concisely, whether I'm speaking or writing. Active listening is a priority for me; I pay full attention to speakers, acknowledge their messages, and respond thoughtfully. I provide specific, constructive feedback focused on behaviors and actions, and I'm open to receiving feedback for my own growth. I maintain appropriate eye contact, use positive body language, and am mindful of my tone of voice while respecting cultural differences in non-verbal communication.

Empathy and emotional intelligence are key to my approach; I understand and respect others' perspectives and feelings, manage my own emotions, and respond with compassion. I share information openly to keep everyone informed and aligned, and I'm honest about challenges and mistakes, working collaboratively to find solutions. Consistency and reliability are important to me, so I keep my promises, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent communication style and availability. I adapt my communication style to suit different audiences and situations, effectively using various communication tools and technologies.
