As a drywaller we would specialize in cutting and mounting drywall panels onto the internal structural houses garages and anything in between. Also doing the final steps on texturing the drywall. We are often working inside homes businesses and anything in between talking with costumers and ensuring I understand what job they want done and how. So it’s not only physical work but a lot of communication with customers and coworkers.

As a butcher, it’s a lot of cutting prepping, trimming many types of meats. It’s takes a lot of time and patience to be careful with the sharp knives and machines. Aside from cutting meat, I would also have to package, wrap and set a display area up. Along with customer service, helping the incoming customers with any types cuts and quantities of meats they would want. A lot of multi tasking and communication. Things aside from that would include sanitation, cleaning my area, and organization with all the equipment.
