• Created several raise-bed garden areas to produce fruit and vegetables using wood from discarded railroad ties.
• Removed weeds, hazards, and debris from common pathways to improve usability.
• Worked with employer and one other employee to build a shuffle board table from scratch using various wood working tools, and techniques such as: planing, jointing, sanding, coating the wood with a UV light, and sawing.
• Maintained grounds by mulching, weeding, moving rock, and general clean-up.
• Built a brick pathway.

• Kept work area tidy and sanitary, promptly addressing spills, and other messes.
• Introduced new menu items, sundae toppings, and cone varieties to encourage upselling and add-on purchases.
• Offered samples of new ice cream flavors to customers.
• Supported positive team morale by maintaining open communication channels with coworkers and addressing any concerns promptly.
