Max Dion

I have been editing since I was 16, starting on personal / school projects on my own time or just spending extra time on assignments. I became so invested in the craft, I became adept at the Adobe Suite, in Audition, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Element 3D add-on. I also began working with Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, Redshift Renderer, Adobe Substance Painter, and ZBrush in 2020. Through my 3 years of experience, both educational and professional, I learned to competently lead / direct a team through filming and acting in instructional / corporate films, give instruction in shot direction in dialogue and greenscreen / rotobrush placement. I am committed to spend days and nights to make a perfect product, and have been known for my ability to deliver above and beyond the desired product. I am extremely passionate about my work, and wish to get moving into the entry level stage of video editing so I can eventually work on film sets. It is my life dream to make films, and I am doing my best to get there.

• Created several videos for the greater Mattawan community, including COVID-19 PSAs, Scholarship promotions, Virtual Yoga Studio sessions, and a celebratory video for Stryker.
• Used After Effects for dynamic graphics and effects, including glows, masking, rotobrush, frame by frame painting, etc.
• Created animations using adobe Illustrator
• Had a paid job as a video editor at 18 years of age.
